      <image:title>ABOUT - Hey, there. I’m Mandy.</image:title>
      <image:caption>I began my journey with yoga in 2009 as I was finishing up college &amp; my time in military service, and completed my first yoga teacher training in 2013. Somewhere, embedded in this early timeline, I also began to understand the concept of ‘mindfulness’ (aka the act of paying attention and being present). What a lovely discovery. I’ve now spent over a decade teaching and studying yoga, as well as deepening my knowledge of anatomy, meditation, mysticism, and various spiritual and mindfulness practices. I’ve learned that this is a never ending journey, with the ability to enrich our lives, help us cope with difficulties, and provide a waypoint for living. I enjoy sharing ways to deepen mindful attention and awareness, and I look forward to walking with you along this path.</image:caption>
